We are seeking a resourceful, analytical, and dedicated research professional with strong data interpretation skills and a proactive mindset to support our Division team. As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to collaborate with talented technical, marketing, and client development professionals to win new business and cultivate an outstanding client experience. General Responsibilities: The Marketing Research Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive market, client, and competitor research to support strategic business decisions across the organization. This role uses both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to provide insights that guide marketing strategy, regional planning, business development initiatives, and opportunity identification. The analyst collaborates closely with marketing, operations leadership, and client development teams to deliver high quality analysis and reporting aligned with Terracon's business goals. In support of the broader marketing team, this position will also include identifying and completing prequalification forms, researching project opportunities, creating statements of qualifications and proposals, and preparing interview presentations in partnership with project managers, client development, and other marketing teammates.
