Contract Recruiter - Engineering & Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 6-month contract possible extension

Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)


Position Summary

Growing company is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, machining, and production roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to meet project and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, machinist, and production positions.



  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.



  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.



  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.



  • Maintain accurate candidate records and progress tracking within the ATS.



  • Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure timely onboarding and communication.



  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.




Qualifications


  • Recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing or engineering environments.



  • Strong experience recruiting for engineers, machinists, and production staff.



  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.



  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.



  • Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office tools.



The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
