Training Program Manager

Position Summary
The Training Program Manager is responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of training programs, with a primary focus on operations, systems, and program management. This role ensures all training logistics, calendar management, and administrative processes run efficiently to support both instructional design and training delivery teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at organizing complex schedules, managing multiple priorities, and driving process improvements to enhance the overall training experience.

Responsibilities and Accountability
* Assist Training Director with project intake, prioritization, reporting and management.
* Act as a project manager for large scale training initiatives, tracking deliverables and timeline, following up with subject matter experts and contributors, escalating barriers and issues and creating summary information for executive reporting as needed.
* Collect, analyze, and report on training metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Suggest where the team may need to adapt delivery strategies or content based on learner feedback and understanding.
* Partner with the Training Director to evaluate training technology and system effectiveness including the learning management system requirements, knowledge management systems, and contracted learning platforms. Identify opportunities and research emerging technologies including ways to use AI to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Partner with the Training Delivery leader to establish a training calendar for new hire classes, system, process or policy rollouts or ongoing training. Manage scheduling, communication, invites, reschedules and attendance.
* Partner with team admin to coordinate all in-person training logistics, such as hotel blocks, catering, conference room bookings, technology needs, transportation, and printing needs.
* Oversee onboarding processes by assigning eLearning modules, tracking progress, updating leaders, and responding to trainee inquiries.
* Administer learning management system tasks, including resetting courses and marking courses as complete.
* Communicate and coordinate upcoming training opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and increase administrative efficiency within the training function.
* Oversee regular maintenance cycles for all training programs, ensuring content and logistics remain current and effective.

Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar operational role.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and eLearning program support preferred.
* Proven track record managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
