Description

Job Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business units to create detailed specifications for reports, system enhancements, and technology projects.

* Serve as the liaison between business users, technical personnel, and vendors to ensure alignment of goals and technical feasibility.

* Provide client services resolution through issue review, analysis, escalation, and documentation for assigned business services.

* Develop comprehensive business requirements and process documentation for end users and technical teams.

* Assess and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.

* Customize, troubleshoot, and optimize the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform based on user input and evolving business requirements.

* Generate and maintain automated, cross-system reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms.

* Integrate and automate data collection and correlation from multiple systems to support real-time analytics and informed decision-making.

* Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand and support their data, automation, and reporting needs.

* Maintain compliance with HIPAA and the NIST framework in all aspects of system customization and automation.

* Create comprehensive and compliant technical documentation to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness.

* Pursue professional development opportunities and certifications related to Netsmart MyEVOLV, Business Intelligence, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies.

* Demonstrate effective communication, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

* Understand and support clinical workflows and healthcare delivery processes.

* Maintain proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a growing emphasis on Microsoft Co-Pilot and automation within the M365 environment.



Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree plus three (3) or more years of experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role, or in managing/coordinating information technology projects.

o The bachelor's degree requirement may be waived for candidates with six (6) or more years in a related role.

o The bachelor's degree requirement may be waived for candidates holding relevant industry certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

* Strong preference for candidates with experience using the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform.

* Strong preference for candidates with experience in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Co-Pilot.

* Experience integrating or automating data flows across multiple systems or platforms.

* Experience evaluating or authoring technical specifications or requirements documentation.

* Preferred experience in a Youth Services or healthcare organization.

* Commitment to ongoing professional development in technology, automation, and AI-enhanced analytics.
