Provide support for one or more accounts prioritizing the safety, delivery, quality, inventory, and profitability of each account.

Provides pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process | Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers | Installs and demonstrates the organization's products at customer sites | Collaborates with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements | Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's and competitors' products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily support at customer paper mill(s), ensuring safe and effective treatment programs, generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and service reports, measure inventory, support order management and deliveries. May help support other customers within the district.
  • Assists with technical issues at customer site(s), bring any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action - ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up.
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required.
  • Assist with data analysis on program performance.
  • Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Paper Science and Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Travel to our customer paper mill sites

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $117,080.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
