Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Executes and helps implement improvements to test plans. Provides feedback to customer on modifications, outcomes, or issues.
* Helps select specialized test equipment and performs set-up, as well as loading and running complex programs or builds.
* Performs complex calibration, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
* Identifies issues with test equipment and performs complex repairs.
* Manages execution of test methodologies for various technology, adapting established procedures based on unique testing needs, and documents results.
* Identifies, debugs and troubleshoots complex testing issues or failures, and recommends root causes and implements solutions.
* Conducts and manages analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred and makes recommendations for how to address the issue.
* Collaborates with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project.
* Communicates across teams to provide status and information about impending obstacles and suggests remediation.
* Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects with minimal guidance.
* Re-scopes projects, identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
