Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Location: Randolph, VT Starting Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift Details: shift flexibility is available OT when necessary Full Time / Direct Hire HHT Benefits Starting Day 1 Health Care: medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) Paid Holidays 401k with 6% company match Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing - Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave - Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement - Eligible after 1 year of service Electrician Duties Include Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical systems, circuits, and equipment Work from schematics, diagrams, and blueprints under minimal supervision Operational problem solving and seeking out continuous improvements to plant processes Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience High School diploma or equivalent Master License required Proven and demonstrated history of responsible and safe electrical work Strong knowledge of NEC safety standards and other associated standards & codes Working knowledge of plant automation control systems Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic controls and variable speed AC and DC Problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical problems Self-motivated, team oriented, interpersonal skills with all departments Familiarity with the principles of preventative maintenance Ability to work required overtime Work Environment Manufacturing & foundry environment Exposure to heat, heavy materials, and industrial equipment Safety-focused setting requiring adherence to all safety policies & procedures In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
