Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for aSeniorAdministrative Support Specialistproviding support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.

As a Senior Administrative Support Specialist your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for serving as the front-line contact to the customer for the Program Manager.

* Responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative responsibilities including facilities, logistics, and day-to-day activities for relatively large and/or complex programs, organizations or proposals

* Recommends procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations or proposals.

* Ensures the leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the mission of the directorate.

* Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.

* Provides support by supplying the information and background for the preparation of program events

* Drafts documents for the approval and signature of leadership

* Disseminates program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization

* Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences toinclude, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings and in support office staff and external participates

* Prepares background information and invite required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy

* Prepare correspondence, reports, papers and briefings IAW applicable policies and templates

* Assists the Government with management of organization's workflow

Job Requirements

* U.S. Citizenship

* Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of directly related experience with 5 years of experience in a DoW setting OR

* 15 years of related administrative experience.

* Must have maintain a Secret level security clearance.

Schedule: M-F; 8AM to 5PM

Work Location: Hanscom AFB, MA

Travel: 0-10%

Salary Range (only if required**): $70,000-$83,000

The salary range information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
