* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email quickly, accurately, and professionally * *Inbound Calls:* 25-50+ per day * *Emails:* 50-100+ per day * Answer questions about product availability, pricing, and shipping * Create and manage service cases, ensuring timely followup *Problem Solving & Coordination* * Research customer questions and use internal systems to deliver the best possible solution * Collaborate across departments to resolve customer requests, stated or implied * Provide realtime transparency on orders, exceptions, and fulfillment *Ownership & Initiative* * Handle both internal and external inquiries with confidence * Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions * Apply critical thinking and resourcefulness to find answers independently You will report directly to the *Supervisor of Customer Experience* and play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional care with every interaction. *What You Bring* *MustHave Skills & Experience* * 2+ years of customer service experience (productbased company or KPIdriven role preferred; no scripted call center environments) * Experience with *order entry* in an ERP system * Strong computer skills including *Microsoft Outlook*, *Word*, and general email communication * Ability to handle a highvolume inbox and multitask effectively * High school diploma or equivalent *NiceToHave Experience* * Claims or orderissue processing * CRM experience, especially *Microsoft Dynamics* * Highvolume inbound phone experience (50+ calls/day) * Microsoft Excel skills *Key Soft Skills* We're looking for someone who is: * *Independent and selfdriven* - comfortable making decisions without constant direction * *Resourceful* - able to locate answers, check inventory, and troubleshoot on their own * *Detailoriented* - accuracy matters * *Professional and accountable* - a positive team player * *An excellent written communicator* - especially over email *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinley Park, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
