A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 309 Pay Range: $80,300.00 - $120,400.00Job Description The Multimedia Content Designer III will create engaging user-facing media for online and mobile delivery, including illustrations, animation, video, and audio. This role balances visual design and multimedia expertise with an understanding of learning design and instructional technology to determine the standards for providing delightful course experiences for Academy learners. This role impacts learner success by providing standards and guidance, empowering Product Design and Development teams to produce beautiful and engaging courses and assessments at scale-your work will make a high impact for learners who are changing their lives through education.They will work as part of an agile design team to select and design appropriate digital content that's fit for purpose, iterate on the design, and ultimately develop production-ready media for inclusion in eLearning courses and modules. The Multimedia Content Designer III must be an innovative thinker willing to deliver creative solutions with a quick turnaround time. The individual will work with a team versed in learning experience design, user experience and interface design, and instructional writing-together creating transformational experiences for our learners. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Competencies: Problem Solving & Decision Making: Bachelors Degree Experience mentoring others Strong portfolio of work required. This position will be in the Salt Lake City office 4 days/ week Master degree Higher education experience. Making data informed decisions, utilizing dashboards for design choices. Experience in lieu of education An equivalent combination of training, experience, credentials, or accomplishments demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Physical Requirements: This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
