Job Overview

Duties are generally performed under the direct supervision of the Molding Supervisor. This position includes setting up CT's to be incapsulated; by prepping CT's, preparing molds and pouring epoxy to required specs. Also working with new and special designs. Must be able to use and have a general understanding of measurement devices and follow product dimensions on the core specification sheet. This position involves working with industrial chemicals such as epoxies, RTV, mold release agents, and related material while following all safety and PPE requirements.

Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency


Understand the Meramec lead installation procedure


Assure that all products meet the highest standard of quality


Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements


Understand the operation and upkeep of our molding equipment and documents.


Adhere to all company rules and policies


Keep work areas clean and organized


Ensure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards


Must have an understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices


Be adept at prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines.


Have the ability to operate a hoist properly and safely
