Job Summary
This Product Management internship offers hands-on experience supporting strategic research, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The intern will explore customer, market, and industry trends to help inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. Through research projects, analytics work, and stakeholder engagement, the intern will gain exposure to how products are evaluated, enhanced, and positioned within a competitive financial landscape. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn how data and market intelligence shape product strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Complete a product research project from initiation including analysis of relevant data, competitive landscape and business benefit. Present findings and recommendations to product leadership.
  • Compile synthesized competitor and innovation briefings on specific innovation areas and trends.
  • Participate in weekly meet and greet sessions with product team and other stakeholders to gain exposure to the diversity of roles within the organization
  • Build a foundational understanding of the many areas product collaborates with - data, channel delivery, technology, finance, marketing, compliance and risk.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior standing).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
