We are seeking to hire a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team. In this highly visible and dynamic role, you'll play a key part in advancing treasury and corporate finance excellence at Bio-Rad. How You'll Make An Impact:

Reporting to the Treasury Director, this role will support daily treasury operations across cash management, investments, capital markets, insurance, and foreign exchange. Key responsibilities include:



  • Maintaining and overseeing Bio-Rad's global bank accounts, signatories, bank portals, and treasury management system.
  • Executing daily cash management activities, including wire transfers, ACH processing, and treasury payment settlements.
  • Troubleshooting bank account and treasury-related issues, collaborating directly with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve matters promptly.
  • Optimizing global cash balances by moving funds as needed to ensure liquidity and making investment recommendations.
  • Proactively exploring and evaluating new banking products and services, technologies, systems, and AI solutions to enhance operational performance, drive process improvements, and generate efficiencies.
  • Supporting M&A bank account integration, including account consolidation, signatory updates, online banking access, and compliance documentation.
  • Assisting with quarterly debt compliance calculations and covenant reporting.
  • Performing monthly FX trade settlement calculations and coordinating with banking partners.
  • Assisting in managing the corporate global insurance program, including certificates of insurance, contract review and negotiation, claims coordination, and data gathering for renewals.
  • Supporting ongoing compliance activities, such as bank KYC and audit/SOX requests.
  • Providing analytical and administrative support for special projects and ad hoc initiatives.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Data Science; an MBA, CFA, and/or CTP is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 2-7 years of experience in a global treasury environment, preferably within a Fortune 500 company managing 100+ bank accounts.
  • Candidates with accounting/finance backgrounds (outside of Treasury) or a data science major with financial applications will be considered for the Treasury Analyst level.
  • Solid understanding of cash management, corporate finance, capital markets, investments, foreign exchange, and insurance.
  • Experience with treasury software and systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FXall, Finastra, ICD, Mosaic, etc.) is desirable. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerBI, Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with sound financial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide actionable insights. Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic, Perplexity) to enhance productivity is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of internal and external audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • A collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and take initiative.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,200 to $166,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
