    Key Responsibilities



    • Develop and execute annual territory growth plans, including sales forecasts and performance targets
    • Strengthen and expand relationships with independent sales representatives and distribution partners
    • Ensure consistent and effective market coverage across assigned geographies
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable growth
    • Support territory performance initiatives to maximize effectiveness
    • Collaborate with applications engineering, national accounts, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs
    • Contribute to sales presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations
    • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and customer dynamics
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities
    • Represent Twin City Fan at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
    • Travel 30-50% within assigned territories


    Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience
    • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within commercial construction or technical sales
    • Experience working with independent representative networks
    • Territory sales management experience
    • CRM experience preferred
    • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

    As a Regional Sales Manager you will be offered pay of $95,000-$110,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization. Our Sales positions offer a base pay of $-$$ and a quarterly bonus tied to targeted individual and/or department performance.
