Data Migration Specialist (Copy/Paste, Pendo to Publisher)

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Pendo to Publisher) for a client in Portland, OR (remote/home-based; any U.S. time zone OK).

Description

Short-term, full-time contract supporting a large-scale data transfer project. This person will filter customer records by district name in Pendo, then accurately copy and paste the corresponding data into Publisher for approximately 700 customers. Training is available via Loom videos and written guides. Contract duration is 3-6 weeks (about 1-1.5 months), depending on pace and accuracy.

  Filter records by district name in Pendo and transfer data into Publisher.

  Maintain high accuracy, flag inconsistencies or missing/unclear data, and follow documented process guides.

  1+ year of data entry or administrative support experience preferred; high-volume, repetitive-task experience is a plus.

  Comfortable working in web-based tools; experience with Pendo and/or publishing platforms is helpful (training provided).

  Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable internet; due to the nature of the data, work must be completed from a private home setting (no public locations).

  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $22.00-$24.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
