What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or hazards.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned location, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as needed.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with general inquiries and directions, providing a helpful presence throughout the location.
• Document and report any irregularities, property damage, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
