We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Process Improvement to drive operational improvements across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes. This role will identify inefficiencies in supply chain workflows and lead initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance service reliability.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operational analytics combined with hands-on experience implementing process improvements in complex environments such as manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or telecommunications.

This role partners closely with procurement, operations, logistics, and IT teams to redesign processes, implement improvements, and measure performance through operational KPIs.

This role is remote, but requires occasional travel to company locations in Maine, New Hampshire, & Vermont.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that evaluate and redesign supply chain processes including procurement workflows, inventory management, logistics operations, and material distribution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive implementation of process improvements that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across procurement, operations, logistics, and IT to implement operational improvements.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs to measure the impact of process changes.
  • Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain technologies and operational systems that enhance visibility and performance.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, operational analytics, manufacturing operations, logistics, or process improvement.
  • Experience leading operational improvement initiatives in complex environments such as manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure, utilities, or telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze operational performance.
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or similar operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, and technology teams to implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or network deployment operations.
  • Experience optimizing logistics or distribution networks.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience implementing operational process changes across multiple sites.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $85,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary
