The Role:

To provide excellent customer service while efficiently dealing table games. At times must supervise dealers and display good leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly supervises eight employees in the Table Games Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Table Games and be able to efficiently deal the game that they are supervising.
• Must have knowledge in game protection.
• Must be able to deal one or more of a particular Table Game.
• Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
• Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Continued training sessions required.
