Description Job Description: We're seeking a highly skilled Python and cloud-focused engineer passionate about applying Generative AI to transform digital marketing. In this contract role, you'll architect and build AI-native solutions that integrate with marketing platforms, unify data, and enable intelligent, personalized, and automated marketing experiences at scale. What you'll be doing: Integration & Tools Development: Build internal tools, APIs, and automations that integrate with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CDPs, Adobe Analytics systems) to streamline marketing workflows. Data Engineering for Marketing: Structure, clean, and map large, sophisticated marketing datasets to support model training, inference, segmentation, and content intelligence. Model Deployment & Cloud Delivery: Deploy, optimize, and monitor AI models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and governance. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Full-Stack Development: Deliver simple, intuitive UIs that enable marketing users to interact with AI systems, prompts, and insights without technical complexity. AI Solution Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases to power personalization, content automation, analytics, and agent-based workflows. What we need to see: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in Python (LLM frameworks, API development, data processing). Familiarity with React/TypeScript/Next.js is a plus for building lightweight UIs. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker / Kubernetes). Understanding of vector stores, embeddings, retrieval-based systems, or AI agent frameworks. Experience working with large data sets, API integrations, and data standardization. Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for marketing and non-technical partners.
