What to Expect The Failure Analysis Team's mission is todetermineroot cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla's products in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. Engineers and Technicians on the teamare responsible fora wide variety of Vehicle and Energy systems including the existing fleet and new products under development. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role that requires extensive hands-on failure analysis of electronic systems and components. We areseekingan enthusiastic, fast-learning individual who will work closely with experienced engineers on analyzing, root causing, and reporting on electroniccomponentissues involving systems such as infotainment, low voltage, power electronics, and batterysystemsamong others.
