As a Security Officer - Clearance Required Patrol Driver in Huntsville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring the operation of vehicles as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and ensuring compliance with site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• An active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
