Warehouse Associate in Grinnell Saturday-Monday \| 7:30 AM-8:00 PM Pay: $17.50/hour This position is responsible for accurately filling and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team members will pick, pack, and verify orders while maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the workspace. Primary Duties: Read order sheets and accurately pick items from designated shelving Use a handheld scanner to retrieve and track orders Pack items into appropriately sized boxes for shipment Verify packing slips match the items packaged Complete required paperwork for outgoing orders Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work area Organize and store supplies as they are received Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 5-40 lbs repeatedly (up to 10 times per hour); team lifts required for items over 40 lbs Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and crouch throughout the shift This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable with physical work during extended shifts.
