Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Accounts Receivable and Collections team, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, and driving operational efficiency through automation and analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, and manage Accounts Receivable and Collections staff, including monitoring performance and adherence to company standards.
  2. Develop and implement procedures and guidelines for automated cash receipts and collections activities utilizing HighRadius B2B software.
  3. Leverage HighRadius analytics to provide management with actionable insights for forecasting and managing cash flow.
  4. Monitor COD transactions, ensuring lab testing results are properly flagged and released upon client payment.
  5. Oversee data integrity within the B2B Cash Application system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  6. Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable data in the ERP system based on B2B Cash Application entries.
  7. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and maintain positive client relationships.
  8. Ability to reconcile large/complex customer AR accounts across multiple entities.
  9. Ensure compliance with financial deadlines while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  10. Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports to management.
  11. Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audits.
  12. Safeguard organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Monitor and enforce compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
  14. Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
  15. Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or
  2. High school diploma with at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience.

Experience:

  1. Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of associates.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP strongly preferred.
  4. Proven ability to achieve and maintain quality and productivity targets.
