How You'll Make a Difference

You will play a critical role in protecting the integrity of PMI's products and services. Organizing and leading complex and in-depth open source and background investigations on persons and organizations of interest using social media, public records, proprietary, and third-party databases to build leads and provide investigative and actionable intelligence support to internal and external stakeholders. Combining advanced investigations skills, open-source intelligence (OSINT) methods, data analysis, and investigative techniques to identify patterns, track emerging issues, and investigate threats to PMI. Merging expert investigative rigor with analytical excellence and strong communication skills.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 10-12 years of experience in Intelligence, Threat Detection & Analysis, Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity or related field.
  • Excellent data literacy with the ability to distil complex information into clear actionable intelligence for diverse stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven, thriving under deadlines and in ambiguity with the ability to adapt to but also influence changing priorities.
  • Experience leading operations focused on threat tracking, investigations, or intelligence analysis.
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms, digital forensics, and investigative tools.
  • Experience with synthesizing complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with scripting or data analysis tools (Python, SQL, etc.) to support investigative workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools to enhance collection, clustering, or risk detection.
  • Strong understanding of OSINT techniques, adversarial behavior, and emerging online fraud
  • Experience contributing to intelligence frameworks or risk lifecycle governance models.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent tasks, as well as prioritize actions as opportunities evolve.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where conflicting priorities may threaten schedule and quality.
  • Ability to see the big picture and develop long range strategies while attending to details
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products and internet proficiently while working remotely using laptop in a dynamic environment while traveling
  • Experience in dealing with sensitive, confidential materials and respect for same, with ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive organization topics and issues
  • Commitment to his/her own professional development and the development of others.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Limited travel anticipated
