About the role - you will:

AsaWafer Manufacturingteam member, you willidentifyandlead projects to drive improvements across the site.You will use your strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to reduce manufacturing cycle time, enableefficiency improvements,improveutilization, reducescrapand yield loss,andimprovefactory cleanliness.



Required Skills include:



  • Collecting and analyzing cycle time data
  • Identifyingcritical projects for the department
  • Buildinga cross-functional team for each project
  • Mapping business processes
  • Collecting Stakeholder input to design solutions
  • Observing and interviewing operators to understand barriers to success
  • Implementing solutionsin a timely manner
  • Presenting findings and solutions to Management
  • Leadingseveral projects in parallel

About you:

  • Ability to communicate vertically and horizontally throughnumerouschannels,utilizecross-functional network to complete goals
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with global teams
  • Ability to build relationships and influence cross functional teams
  • Self-starter who can build relationships and use judgement when working with partners to ensure effective outcomes.

Your experience includes:

  • Strong data processing and visualization skills (MS Excel,JMP,etc.)
  • Creative problem solving
  • Working across department to solve complex problems
  • BS or higher with an engineering or science major
  • 5+ yearsof industry experience in an engineering role



The estimated base salary range for this position is $92,310.40 - $131,996.80. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
