Wafer Manufacturingdepartment has responsibility for enabling faster delivery of RDand Releasedproductsa high-volume Wafer manufacturing facility. AsaWafer Manufacturingteam member, you willidentifyandlead projects to drive improvements across the site.You will use your strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to reduce manufacturing cycle time, enableefficiency improvements,improveutilization, reducescrapand yield loss,andimprovefactory cleanliness.

Required Skills include:

• Collecting and analyzing cycle time data

• Strong data processing and visualization skills (MS Excel,JMP,etc.)

• BS or higher with an engineering or science major
• 5+ yearsof industry experience in an engineering role

The estimated base salary range for this position is $92,310.40 - $131,996.80. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
