Summary The videographer is responsible for creating compelling, human-centered video content that brings the Mary Free Bed mission to life. This role leads video projects from concept through delivery - building trust with patients, families, clinicians and community members to capture a wide variety of stories with authenticity, compassion and clarity. This position requires someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in conversation - someone who can lead interviews, make people feel at ease and turn real moments into powerful visual stories. This team member works closely with staff across the entire organization and serves alongside our in-house creative team. The position is onsite at the Mary Free Bed Grand Rapids Campus. Customer Service Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.
