Salary: $25.00-$30.00 Per Hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

The maintenance person is responsible for the maintenance of industrial type of equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE

NOT LIMITED TO:

* Perform grounds-keeping and building maintenance duties.

* Perform routine maintenance duties such as greasing machinery, performing routine measurements of equipment, changing lighting fixtures and bulbs

* Painting

* Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment.

* Operate machinery, work from heights, climbing ladders

* Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance. Must also be able to

concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also

essential.

EDUCATION:

* High School Diploma or GED
