Job Description:
* Reviews Duty Invoices for accuracy and approves for payment
* Provides detail entry summary to third party brokerage firm for computed value
* reconciliation process
* Provides detail entry summary monthly to Finance for duty cross charging to corporate
* headquarters
* Coordinates year end deliveries to meet working capital objectives of parent company and
* Transitions business
* Provides documentation as required by auditors quarterly
* Acts as backup for team roles

Compliance
* Adheres to regulatory requirements for Entry documentation and electronic retention
* Ensures supplying facilities adhere to US Customs requirement as documented in the CTPAT program
* Ensures accuracy and completeness of ACE portal (US Customs software)
* Coordinates with parent company on scope of compliance activity performed on Transitions" behalf

Key Requirements (Education and Experience)
* 3-5 years of experience in US import & logistics
* Excellent Analytical skills
* Excellent Attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of international freight management
* Knowledge of US Import regulations
* Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast paced, changing environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
