The opportunity

As a Faculty Effectiveness Facilitator you will work with the Academic Effectiveness & Instructor Experience (AEIE) team to support teaching effectiveness for our Global Campus Adjunct Faculty. Your support may include responding to instructor inquiries, providing engagement opportunities for online adjunct faculty, and developing resources. Additionally, you'll positively improve adjunct satisfaction and sense of belonging through personalized interactions with faculty. You will collaborate across departments and show a commitment to the faculty and student experience at SNHU. You will report to the Associate Dean or Sr Associate Dean.

This is a remote role. #LI-Remote

What you'll do:

  • Support our Adjunct Faculty and team to develop creative solutions to problems as they arise
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational and process efficiency, and a commitment to academic portfolios.
  • Engage with adjunct instructors using a personalized and supportive approach
  • Create, maintain and analyze data to understand and improve the faculty experience
  • Develop 'just in time' resources to support faculty performance
  • Collaborate to improve systems and processes to increase faculty success and satisfaction
  • Contribute to team development by sharing your experience and advocating for additional learning opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • BA degree required
  • 1+ years of experience using data to improve decision-making
  • Excel at strategic communication with the ability to tailor messaging and delivery to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and influence across all stakeholder levels.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, and the role of technology when analyzing and solving organizational problems

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $48,301.00 - $77,296.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $53,373.00 - $72,210.00.
