This role centers on identifying opportunities for automation and AI enablement, and partnering with technical teams to bring those solutions to life. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare operational expertise and understands how clinical and administrative workflows function end-to-end. While exposure to AI, automation, and analytics is beneficial, the priority is someone who can re-engineer processes, drive adoption, and ensure AI-enabled solutions fit real-world workflows. The Architect will act as a key leader, collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative, scalable, and efficient business solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role sits at the intersection of technology, process, and transformation, bridging what AI Engineers build, what Enterprise Engineers enable, and how the business operates day-to-day.
