Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a 3rd Shift Inserter Operator with experience running high-speed inserters such as BlueCrest, Kern, and/or Bell and Howell. This role is based in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal output

• Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency

• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity

• Check plates for correct format

• Visually inspect forms throughout production runs to ensure quality standards

• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines

• Maintain knowledge of and follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment

Your Shift:

• Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• Solid mechanical aptitude

• Good reading and comprehension skills

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others can understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constant operation of machinery and handling of print materials

• Frequent movement throughout the facility

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25 pounds or more

We Would Also Prefer:

• Ability to work with very close tolerances

• Strong communication skills when working with team members

• High level of analytical skills

• Good color discernment

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. The actual rate offered depends on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, years of experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and location. This range is one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
