Description
The Clinical Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day supervision of home health clinical services. The Clinical Manager establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. Position: Clinical Manager - for Home Health Salary: $92,000 - $100,000/annually, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile. Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (will also be part of weekend rotation, on-call rotation and holiday rotation which are shared responsibilities with the other CLMs) Lifespark Benefits Include:
