The IT Technician II provides Tier 1 technical support to Loudoun County Health Department staff across multiple physical locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining day-to-day operational continuity, especially during the upcoming Electronic Health Record implementation, and serves as the first point of contact for basic IT support needs.

High school diploma or equivalent; four (4) years of related technical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must pass background checks for criminal, credit, and driving history.
• Fingerprinting and associated background check is required.
