Responsibilities:

The PACU RN in Espanola, NM, plays a vital leadership role in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, overseeing the recovery of surgical patients to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. This position requires clinical expertise in post-operative monitoring, pain management, and emergency response, along with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with surgical teams and manage unit operations.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
