What this job involves:

This dual-function role combines hands-on meeting services delivery with strategic technology optimization and data stewardship at JLL's Beckett Ridge Technical Center. You'll ensure exceptional meeting experiences through operational excellence while providing data-driven insights that support both site and regional decision-making. This position directly contributes to JLL's client satisfaction objectives by delivering seamless meeting room experiences, optimizing technology performance, and maintaining the highest standards of facility readiness. You'll serve as both a technical expert and strategic analyst, helping drive continuous improvement across our meeting services portfolio while supporting our commitment to creating memorable human experiences for clients and internal teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate daily meeting room preparations including furniture arrangement, table and chair configuration, audio/visual equipment setup, and posting of meeting schedules
  • Conduct comprehensive facility inspections using QR code survey systems, document results, and resolve equipment issues while escalating complex problems through FM work order systems
  • Provide responsive technical support for guest AV equipment requests, diagnose system malfunctions, and coordinate with vendors for advanced assistance
  • Maintain comprehensive asset inventories across assigned locations, process systematic tracking and lifecycle management, and coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Generate monthly performance reports analyzing service trends, equipment patterns, and utilization metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Serve as regional administrator for meeting services technology platforms including Cisco room panels and JLL Serve systems, managing configurations and coordinating updates
  • Execute special events setup and breakdown, manage work orders from initiation to completion, and develop Standard Operating Procedures for consistent service delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AV, meeting room setup, and technical support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel spreadsheet skills with ability to customize administrative reports
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., set up and tear down folding tables and chairs, and frequently walk throughout buildings including stairs
  • Superior customer service skills with ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations and work without direct supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, collaborative style, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, plan and manage work under time constraints, and balance competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AV training or certification preferred
  • Team leadership and coaching experience
  • Experience with Cisco room panel systems and meeting services technology platforms
  • Background in data analysis and performance metrics reporting
  • Previous experience in facility management or corporate meeting services environments
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial oversight processes
  • Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
