Description The Project Manager will lead a high-visibility, board-approved initiative to migrate a University's data center from its current location to a cloud-based solution. This role reports directly to the PMO Director and is part of the VP/CIO office, and the PM will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of this strategic project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, acting as a coach to promote best practices. - Maintain accurate project status in ServiceNow and present updates during monthly portfolio review meetings. - Prepare quarterly board-level reports on project progress. - Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
