SUMMARY: Manual and automated operations for cleaning, coating, inspection, testing, cure and framing and handling product in a clean room environment.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Manual or automated cleaning of glass, packaging, and supplies
  • Inspect ware, coating, and frame quality
  • Apply frame to coated optics
  • Packing and documentation of product shipments
  • Operation of automated coating equipment and transporting glass through process stages
  • Test sag and transmitted wave front of glass
  • Computer entry of production results
  • Transport glass
  • Maintain accuracy, efficient work while upholding quality control
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within work areas
  • Implement 5S plus safety principles within work areas

Your Profile
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 1-3 years in manufacturing environment. Previous clean room experience is a plus.

  • Ability to use basic computer operations and Microsoft Office systems required.
