*Career positions offer additional benefits. POSITION SUMMARY The Office Manager for the Health and Safety Department provides comprehensive administrative support to departmental management. This position requires a safety-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. Mainly the Office Manager will be responsible for contracts administration, but must also professionally screen incoming calls, process departmental mail, coordinate meetings, and maintain departmental calendars. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, creating and managing a comprehensive filing system, supporting safety initiatives, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations. Starting wage between $70,304.00 - $83,577.29 depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
