Schedule 7:30pm - 5:00am Days off will vary, very likely to work weekends The Role This role requires intermediate supervisory, training, and interpersonal skills. The right candidate will also have strong self-management capability, experience scheduling personnel, and the ability to direct a warehouse crew. This person will be responsible for warehouse inventory, PO accuracy, productivity levels, and reporting facility and equipment maintenance as needed. Coordination of warehouse activities under the direction of the Receiving Warehouse Supervisor. Responsible for training personnel to ensure a well-coordinated shift. This position will require intermediate knowledge of Charlie's operations and customer procedures along with maintaining an understanding of all the job requirements of the employees they supervise.
