SPC LTO

Job Summary:

SPC LTO's primary responsibility is keeping material moving within the department and to other facility areas. They are also responsible for the accuracy of the material count and backup in other department operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Remove and relocate material and waste
• Be sure the count of material on the pallets is accurate
• Remove and replace pallets at the end of the stacker
• Enter Production
• Assist in startup and shutdown
• Back up other operators
• Assist in general clean-up and maintenance

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

• Lifting is required of tools and parts with varying weights of 1 to 100 pounds.
• Standing and climbing on and off the lift truck is required.
• Bending is required to pick up parts and tools or do work multiple times a day.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, and kneel.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• LTO-certified experience preferred

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, or sit for long periods, work in tight spaces, lift and maneuver objects of 50+ pounds

Other Requirements:

• Overtime is required on occasion.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
