Job Description

The Equipment Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing RelaDyne equipment at customer sites in a safe, cost-effective, and timely manner. This role ensures optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction through skilled mechanical work, adherence to company safety and environmental policies, and accurate documentation of service activities. The Equipment Technician plays a key role in supporting field operations and maintaining RelaDyne's reputation for technical excellence and reliability.

If you like working with your hands and figuring out how things work, this is a great opportunity to start a hands-on career-no experience required.

In this role, you'll help assemble and take apart equipment such as tanks, pumps, meters, reels, and hoses. You'll work both in our warehouse and at customer locations, learning directly from experienced technicians. Most of the work involves swapping out complete parts, with some basic troubleshooting as you gain experience.

The equipment mainly uses air-powered systems, and we provide full, hands-on training from day one. This is a great role for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to learn a skilled trade in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate company-provided tools and equipment, including a pickup truck, forklift, and scissor lift.
  • Read measurements accurately, follow instructions, clean and paint equipment, maintain an organized workspace.
  • Follow instructions written and verbal.
  • Assemble and disassemble mechanical parts and equipment
  • Replace components using basic tools
  • Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose simple issues
  • Work in a warehouse and on-site with customers

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior experience needed-we train you
  • Interest in mechanical or hands-on work
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Reliable and comfortable working in different locations

Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required with advance notice.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
