About the Role:


The Marketing Director for the Master Franchise LAC collaborates in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth across sales channels (in-restaurant and digital sales) and franchise expansion across multiple territories. This role ensures alignment of regional marketing strategies, business objectives, oversees national and regional campaigns, and provides guidance and resources to Master franchisees.



Responsibilities include overseeing marketing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency. The position also focuses on market research, innovation, and collaboration with sales and operations teams.



Core Strategic Responsibilities:



* Collaborates and guides the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for the master franchise and its network of sub-franchisees.


* Aligns regional marketing strategies with franchise growth objectives, ensuring consistency across all territories.


* Review market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the franchise sector.


* Provides brand positioning and messaging guidelines to maintain uniformity across franchise locations.



Franchise Network Support:



* Provide marketing guidance and toolkits to franchisees, including templates, campaigns, and best practices.


* Support national and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring local adaptation while preserving brand integrity.


* Monitor franchisee compliance with brand standards and marketing guidelines.


* Organize training sessions and webinars for franchisees on marketing strategies, digital tools, and customer engagement.



Budget & Performance Management:



* Oversee the marketing budget, including co-op advertising funds from franchisees.


* Provides media recommendations for all marketing activities.


* Track KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities and report performance to senior leadership.


* Analyze campaign effectiveness across sales channels (in-restaurant and digital sales) and recommend adjustments for better results.



Innovation & Growth:



* Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging channels to support franchise expansion.


* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment of new franchisees and customer acquisition.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
