Who we want

What you will do

As a Customer Research Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and programing surveys, and analyzing results to meet customers' research objectives. This includes management of all aspects of custom research projects such as customer communication, survey writing and sampling plan development, survey programming, tracking, results analysis, compilation and presentation of results, documentation, and vendor partnerships. You will manage multiple custom research projects simultaneously, which requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You will ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers by assisting with education on guidelines, background, and best practices.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional self-motivation, time management and problem-solving skills

Would be nice

  • Research background preferred
  • Experience interpreting and visualizing data sets

Compensation

  • In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-$81,000 annually, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.   • NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates will live inthe Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
