What you will do As a Customer Research Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and programing surveys, and analyzing results to meet customers' research objectives. This includes management of all aspects of custom research projects such as customer communication, survey writing and sampling plan development, survey programming, tracking, results analysis, compilation and presentation of results, documentation, and vendor partnerships. You will manage multiple custom research projects simultaneously, which requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You will ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers by assisting with education on guidelines, background, and best practices. What you need
