As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment within a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a visible presence. You will interact with employees, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing any concerns that arise. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with duties tailored to the needs of a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas through visible patrols and attentive presence.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
