As a Security Officer - Industrial Center Patrol - Full Time in Riegelwood, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for everyone onsite. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial areas and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of all patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
