Manheim, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Manager, Finance, and be responsible for supporting the leadership and direction of the financial activities of the assigned region. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key business partner for the Manager, Finance, as well as the Regional Director, Region Senior Managers, and Auction Leadership. This role will be a key liaison with the COE and other functional business areas.
**Candidates may reside in Central or Western Time Zones, with preference for those in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, or Illinois. Regional travel may be up to 25%.** The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Manager in overall financial management of the region, including financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as strategic initiatives and business case development. The role will engage proactively with the business leaders to anticipate business issues and provide financial support for business decisions. This role will partner closely with the Physical Marketplace Finance team to ensure cross regional consistency and collaboration. A focus on continuous improvement including the enhancement of processes and procedures is essential to success in this position. This includes partnering across the broader finance organization and with key business stakeholders to optimize upstream and downstream processes. Ongoing individual development within the finance organization is another critical success factor including the ability to transform and adapt the organization to the Company's shifting business model and strategies. USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
