What this job involves: Join JLL's Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team as an M&A Integration Manager, where you will orchestrate complex merger and acquisition integrations that drive transformational growth across our global real estate platform. This strategic role combines analytical rigor with executive leadership to ensure seamless integration of acquired companies while maximizing synergies and client value. You will serve as the critical bridge between senior leadership and cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact solutions that strengthen JLL's market position and enhance our ability to provide world-class real estate services to clients worldwide. What your day-to-day will look like: * Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies for global M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with JLL's strategic objectives * Lead and coordinate cross-functional integration teams across multiple regions and business lines to deliver seamless company acquisitions * Create high-quality written and verbal client communications, including critical whitepaper development, to maintain transparency and confidence throughout integration processes * Prepare and deliver executive-level client presentations with influence and impact, positioning JLL as the trusted advisor throughout transition periods * Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks while developing innovative solutions to complex operational and organizational challenges * Monitor integration progress against key performance indicators and financial targets, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders * Collaborate directly with C-suite executives and senior client leaders to ensure integration efforts support broader business strategy and client relationships Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred * Minimum 7-10 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting with demonstrated leadership success * Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing cross-functional teams in global organizations * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive-level presentation development and whitepaper creation * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to navigate complex operational and organizational challenges * Experience influencing senior executives and external stakeholders without direct authority * Professional certifications in project management (PMP) or change management preferred Preferred Qualifications: * Real estate industry experience or familiarity with commercial real estate markets and services * International business experience with understanding of global market dynamics and cultural considerations * Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and integration planning tools * Experience with GIS technologies, research methodologies, or economic forecasting * Track record of successful client relationship management and business development activities * Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions * Second language proficiency beneficial for global client and team interactions Location: Onsite At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
