Supply Chain Manager

Responsible for maintaining compliance to all plant SC regulatory and safety requirements.

• Responsible for managing and coordinating activities in the following areas: Distribution, On-site & 3rd Party Warehousing, Raw Material Receipts & Scheduling, Railcar movements, Tolling, Inventory Reconciliation & Management.
• Manage, lead, and develop the plant supply chain teams in line with the supply chain guidelines and structures.
• Establish team's objectives, manage SC metrics to measure department's performance with alignment to business, and supply chain objectives.
• Plant liaison with SC teams (customer service and logistics), Procurement and S&OP teams.
• Coordination of Infineum product.
• Develop and manage to annual operating budget (SG&A and direct SC spends) for supply chain responsibilities and align to company's expectations and adhering to the timeframes and conditions establish by the finance department.
• Lead and manage ongoing improvement/productivity projects in supply chain areas in order to enhance the team's performance and efficiency.
• Responsible for inventory reconciliation and physical inventories.

• Experience in team formation and development

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred; specific field may be substituted with equivalent experience.
• APICS, CTL or Six Sigma certification a plus.
• HS Graduate or GED required.
