Start Date TBD Contract Sheppard Trainer Maintenance Salary Range $33.95/Hour Posting Date 09262/2025 Union Yes FLSA Status Non-Exempt Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time Relocation No Travel Possible Job Summary: M1 is looking for a Tool/Parts and Technical Order Attendant Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Monitors and maintains the CTK program and the Technical Order File in accordance with applicable directives. * Maintain Technical Orders IAW Air Force and Company Contractor regulations. * Maintain inventory and control of all property and tools on a daily basis. * Engrave, etch, tag, or mark tools as required. * Visually inspect tools and equipment for wear or defects and exchange worn-out equipment and make minor repairs to tools as required. * Assists when directed to ensure safety, security and preservation of government owned equipment. * Maintain cleanliness of the Work Center and assigned work area. * Complies with all company OSHA, AFOSH and customer safety requirements. * Strictly adheres to all security requirements. * Performs other duties as required. Qualifications and Experience: * High school diploma or GED. * Requires two (2) years' experience in tools and office procedures. * Must have practical knowledge of a wide range of common and specialized tools. * Have a working knowledge of applicable Air Force Instructions, Manuals, and Contractor Regulations. * Must type and file accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented. Ability to express thoughts clearly in oral and written English. * Must have the ability to read, understand and interpret detailed technical publications and instructions. * Must have the ability to deal courteously, professionally and effectively with the customer. * Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance. * Current valid U.S. Driver's License. Working Conditions: * Must be able to lift 50lbs. * Environment ranges from office like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
