Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have experience with all Microsoft suite applications. Ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards. Ability to mediate disputes and foster positive workplace relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to leadership and diverse audiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field. Three (3) years related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven years. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP certification, degree or background in Human Resource Management, Talent Management and/or Professional Development.
